Room and Suites
Private and elegant… the perfect retreat, Hideaway of
Nungwi’s highlights include spacious ocean front accommodations. Each has a
private porch or balcony, and tropical gardens with stunning views.
Each of the 100 comfortable suites and villas has been
decorated with contemporary, stylish furniture that evokes the island's
Arabic-African and Colonial heritage.
The Hideaway have created a unique private area offering
direct private beach access, a free of charge private butler, 24-hour in-room
dining, unpacking/packing service and fine dining in the a' la carte
restaurants: Ishi Teppanyaki and The Carnivore. This is available for the
following rooms: Luxury Superior Junior Suite, Luxury Jacuzzi Suite, Prestige
Beach Villa and the Presidential Ocean Front Villa. If you would like adjoining
rooms or additional beds and cots for your family, this can be arranged.

Prestige Beach Villa
Prestige Beach Villa A dream come true… your very own
private beach villa (90 sqm), where the breath-taking panoramas and soothing
sound of the waves make your stay seem to go on forever. The décor is elegant
yet friendly; heightened by the sensual colours and textures of the region.
Have a soak in your outdoor private infinity pool (5m x 2m x
1.25m depth) or sunbathe on the sundeck in total relaxation. When you feel
hungry or thirsty, your personal butler is right there.
The Prestige Beach Villas has two bathrooms, a private
reserved beach, a covered balcony and solarium (160 sqm). With a large sofa bed
located in the separate spacious living room, the suite can accommodate
up to four guests.
Presidential Ocean Front Villa
Presidential Ocean Front Villa For truly discerning guests,
experience the spacious three bedroom villa (320 sqm) set right on the white
sand beach and surrounded by large, lush tropical gardens. The Presidential
Ocean Front Villa blends space and privacy with relaxing views to accommodate
an extensive array of discerning tastes and desires.
The Presidential Villa has a private infinity swimming pool
(10 x 5m x 1.25m depth), outdoor Jacuzzi (2.50 x 2.50m), a wide-open living
room and kitchenette, a reserved private beach, solarium and a private porch
(160 sqm).
Unique room arrangements include three junior suites
(Kazkasi, Safari and Fin de Siècle) suitable for
couples, families and groups of friends. Each of the 3
junior suites is equipped with a separate standing
shower, large innovative bathtub and includes top of the
line bathroom amenities, therefore these
can also be booked as separate units.

Aqua Restaurant
The Main Restaurant - right on the beach with both indoor
(air-conditioned) and outdoor dining at their best. Three restaurants in one:
an international buffet, proudly serving fabulous culinary specialties, and two
on-the-spot cooking corners, the "Pasta and Noodles" corner and the
"Grill and Pizza" corner. Enjoy the international cuisine with a
distinctive hint of Zanzibar's spices.

oriental styles (Thai, Chinese, Japanese) with a clean design and refined

the talented chef will amuse you during the Teppan-Yaki preparation, utilising
their culinary skills with great precision on a highly hot grill.
