Milele Villas take great pride in their rich natural surroundings.
Air-conditioning has not been installed, the villas have instead been cleverly
constructed – in an eco-friendly fashion – to benefit from the cool sea
breezes.
Electricity is supplied by wind power, and hot water is
heated by the sun. Collected rainwater is used to water the garden, which is
used to grow papayas and passion fruits.
All fruits and vegetables are handpicked locally, and meat
and fish is also local produce.
The villas are constructed from local natural materials and
furnished with recycled dhow (Arabic boats).
